For the Conveyor Panic: Sort & Ship mobile game, by JOE IT Solutions d.o.o. Last updated 5 November 2026.

The short version

You don't need to sign up to play Conveyor Panic, and your progress stays on your phone unless you choose to sign in, which keeps a copy with your account. The game offers optional video ads and optional in-app purchases. Google AdMob provides the ads and may use your advertising ID if you allow it. The daily challenge is the online part: your score, the name you pick and anything you write in its chat are public to other players. We also collect anonymous statistics and crash reports to keep the game running well.

On your phone

Your career, coins, gems, upgrades, settings and the players you have blocked are stored on your device. If you haven't signed in, uninstalling the game removes them, including gems you bought; the one-time Starter Pack can be restored with Restore purchases in the shop. We never receive them unless you sign in, with one exception: when you post a daily score, it carries a short description of how your warehouse looks, so other players can visit it. Your settings and blocked players stay on your device either way.

Signing in, if you choose to

You can sign in with Google, or with Apple on iPhone and iPad, so that your career and the gems you bought come back on a new phone or after a reinstall. It's optional, and the game plays the same without it. Firebase Authentication handles the sign-in and keeps your account ID, which of the two you used, and what that provider shares: from Google, your email address, name and profile picture; from Apple, neither your name nor your email, because we don't ask for them. While you're signed in, a copy of your career (your day, coins, gems, upgrades and cosmetics, and which purchases have been paid out) is stored under your account, where only you can read it. We use this only to bring your game back. Your email address and name from Google are never shown to other players.

The daily challenge and its chat

When you open the daily challenge, the app signs in with an anonymous ID created by Firebase Authentication. It isn't tied to your email, phone number or any other account unless you sign in, when it becomes your account's ID. With that ID we store your daily attempts and scores, your player name, your warehouse's look, and the messages you post. Your name, scores, warehouse and messages can be seen by every player. Please don't put personal details in them.

Reports and moderation

If you report a message or a name, we store the report with your anonymous ID, what was reported and who sent it, so we can review it. We may remove content and stop players who break the chat rules from using the chat and the standings. Blocking a player is stored only on your phone.

Statistics and crash reports

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to learn how the game is played, such as how far players get, how shifts go, what they buy in the game and when they choose to watch an ad. It uses an app instance ID and records your device model, operating system and approximate region. We use Firebase Crashlytics to fix crashes: it sends a crash trace and device details such as model, operating system and free memory, with an installation ID. Neither uses the advertising ID or is used for advertising. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the game working and improving it.

Advertising

You can choose to watch a video ad for a reward, such as doubling a shift's coins or refilling your hearts. Ads never play on their own and never during a shift. They are provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and device and usage data, and may use them to show personalized ads.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we ask for your consent first, and you can change your choice with Privacy options on the home screen. On iPhone and iPad, Apple's tracking prompt lets you allow or refuse tracking. You can also reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings. Refusing doesn't turn ads off: you may still be offered ads that aren't personalized. Google acts as an independent controller of this data, as described in Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from partner apps.

In-app purchases

Purchases are optional and are paid through the app store you installed from. We never see or store your payment details. We use RevenueCat to check purchases and keep their records: it receives a random ID created by the app, or your account ID if you've signed in, the products you bought and when, and your device's type and approximate region. See RevenueCat's privacy policy. We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Who handles the data

Google provides the Firebase services and RevenueCat, Inc. provides purchase records, both as our processors. Daily scores, names, messages and saved careers are stored in the European Union. Google and RevenueCat may process other data in other countries, including the United States, under their own safeguards. See Firebase's privacy information.

How long we keep it

Daily scores, names, messages and reports are kept until they are deleted at your request or removed by moderation. Your account and its saved career are kept until you delete them. Analytics event data is kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for 90 days.

Your rights and deleting your data

Depending on where you live, including in the EU, you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how we use it. You can also complain to your data protection authority. To delete your account and its saved career, open the Bank in the game's warehouse, tap Your account, then Delete account. If you can't get into the game, email us from your Google account's address, or with your player name for an Apple account, and we will do it for you. Deleting an account leaves your career on that phone. To delete your other online data, such as daily scores and messages, email us with your player name and the day or text of any messages. If you never signed in, your ID is anonymous, so this is how we find them. We will reply within 30 days.

Children

Because the daily chat is public and the game shows ads, Conveyor Panic is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has posted personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
