The short version

Wall Street Bets: The Game does not collect any personal information. Your game progress stays on your device. The only data leaving the app is for in-app purchases, which are handled entirely by Apple or Google — we never see your payment details.

What we collect

Nothing. The app does not require you to sign in, does not include analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not send personal data to any server we control. Your game progress is stored locally on your device and is removed when you delete the app.

In-app purchases

The game offers in-app purchases. These are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your payment information. Apple and Google may share an anonymous purchase receipt with us so we can deliver what you bought; that receipt does not identify you personally. Apple's and Google's own privacy policies apply to those transactions.

Children

Because we do not collect any personal information at all, the app is safe for users of any age in that respect. The app is not directed at children under 13. Parents can disable in-app purchases through their device's parental controls.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
